This article explains how to select whether to apply a change to one or more recurring sessions.
This feature is currently only available in Lumary 14.
When an edit is made to a session, you can choose to apply the change to:
- only the individual session being edited
- the session being edited and all sessions scheduled to occur after that session, or
- all sessions in the series that are not yet completed or cancelled.
When updating all sessions, if the timing of a session within the series has previously been modified, the system will increment the session by the same interval as the other sessions.
For example, a series of sessions has been scheduled for 1pm.
The third session in the series is changed to 2pm and no other sessions are edited.
If an edit is applied to the first session to change all sessions to 1:30pm, the third session will be changed to 2:30pm. The previously edited session will shift by the same increment as all of the other sessions.
