This article explains how to provide mobile users access to Salesforce mobile app functionality.
The Lumary mobile app's functionality can be extended through integration with the Salesforce mobile app. This can be used for things like enabling workers to see more information about a client, such as any alerts that may need to be considered during an appointment.
Only Salesforce mobile app features linked to the Lumary mobile app or the Lumary home screen in the Salesforce mobile app are supported. This does not include the full functionality of the Lumary web application.
To activate Salesforce mobile integration:
- Click on the App Launcher.
- Scroll down to the All Items section.
- Click on the Lumary Settings text link.
- Click on the Mobile App tab.
- Put a tick in the checkbox next to Salesforce One Integration.
- Click on the Save button.
